We realize that every patient’s financial situation is different, which is why we work hard to provide a variety of payment solutions to help you receive the dental care you need and deserve. Prior to scheduling any treatment, we provide each patient with an estimate of costs, broken down by insured and out-of-pocket costs. At your first visit, we will verify your current insurance information and reconfirm this information on subsequent visits so that we can remain up-to-date to best serve you. We ask that you pay out-of-pocket costs the day services are provided.
We are pleased to accept most dental insurance including the carriers shown here. To reduce cost to the patient, we will file both primary and secondary insurance, if available, on your behalf. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment and often reimbursement from insurance carriers is delayed. We thus ask for payment of your deductible and your portion of charges at the time services are provided. All estimates are based on information provided to us by your insurance and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined. We file all claims electronically to expedite this process and to provide you with the most accurate accounting of your treatment costs. Cash Payment Options & Discounts
Patients are asked to pay for services as they are provided. We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards (MasterCard and Visa). We also offer flexible financing options (see below) because we understand that monthly payments can help patients fit the costs of dental treatment into their budgets. We are pleased to offer the following cash payment options and discounts:
Prepayment Cash Discount – We offer a 5% prepayment discount for all treatment paid in full with cash or check at the time of service, and when dental insurance is not being billed.
Major Service Payment Option – For treatment requiring two or more appointments (crowns, bridges, veneers, etc.), a two payment option is available. 50% of your balance is due at the first appointment, and the balance is due upon your second appointment.
Public Service & Senior Discounts – We are pleased to offer a 5% discount to the dedicated members of our military, law enforcement, public safety and educational institutions. We also extend this discount to all our seniors. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and does not apply when the patient is using dental insurance for services.
We offer financing through CareCredit® for those who qualify. Through Care Credit, our staff can offer an interest free loan (up to 12 months) for 100% of your dental treatment with no down payment, no annual fees and no pre-payment penalties. No additional discounts are applicable when using CareCredit®. Longer payment solutions are also available through CareCredit® at nominal interest rates to the patient. Our Scheduling Services
We value your time and trust in our practice. We strive to always remain on schedule so that you may return to the more important things in life. Occasionally, dental emergencies may cause us to run behind. If this happens, we will let you know right away so that you can plan accordingly. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we ask that you provide us with a 48 hour notice so that we can accommodate other waiting patients. Missed appointments or repeated cancellations will incur cancellation fees. We will work with you to accommodate your busy schedule.
